If you are trying to login, change your password, or have recently requested a password recent, and suddenly encounter a Server Error screen, you have tripped the website's automatic security protocol. This is an automated lockout that typically lasts for 15 minutes. After the 15 minute window, you should be able to login to your account as normal (provided you have the correct login information).
