My Screen Went Dark Before I Could Redeem and it Took a Credit Away.

Don't worry, just follow the steps below:

just please note it is not advised to have your redemption screen open with the popup confirmation "ready" for the server until you are right about to present it. The app is quick and needing to have it "ready" is no longer as necessary, (as in comparison to our old mobile-web interface).

If you have experienced where your screen goes to sleep and your credit redemption popup has disappeared, as a back up you can always search within the side menu of the app and check, "Beer History" as proof to show the server that it was a redemption made that day.
