How do I redeem a beer and rate in the app?

Using Craftapped is very simple, just log in to your member account and select the redeem option from the main screen. You'll next see a list- scroll through till you find your location and then select it. It will bring up a pop up message and pressing "Redeem" will complete the transaction, (so, do not press "Redeem" unless you really want to).

After, a confirmation pop up will appear, you will need to show this to your server- and that's it! Of course, don't forget to tip :)

NOTE:

• If you believe the credit redemption did not go through, you can double check and show the server by navigating to the side menu and then clicking "Beer History" to see any credits that posted to your account that may not have shown up yet against your daily limit. Sometimes it will appear that the credit did not redeem due to poor data and or WiFi coverage/signal, it's imperative to only press redeem once, failure to do so will result in a duplicate entry upon your account and it may not be able to be resolved in a timely manner. To assure proper redemption please make sure you have good data/WiFi coverage. 

• It is advised to not have your redemption screen open with the popup confirmation "ready" until you are about to present it to the server. The app is responsive and quick, so needing to have it ready is no longer as necessary, (as in comparison to our old mobile-web interface). If you have it where your screen goes to sleep and your credit redemption popup has disappeared, you can always search within the side menu of the app and check, "Beer History" as proof to show the server that it was a redemption made that day, if needed.
