The best method is via email to email@example.com, or try us on chat. Please be sure to include your name, email, location of the redemption, and approximate time of the occurrence.
Please, make sure you have good data or WiFi network coverage. Only press the "Redeem" button once, it will/does go through! If you're on the app and it doesn't show against your total, you can always check the side/sub menu and click Beer History to see if posted and show the staff that it did actually redeem.
